- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1.5 cups water
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 15oz can of chickpeas (cooked)
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 large avocados
- 4 large leaves of butter lettuce
- 12 oz vegan cheese
- 8 slices of bread
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
Directions For The Sauce
Bring the water to a simmer in a sauce pan
Add the cranberries and add a lid
Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat
Mush the cranberries in the water with a masher or whisk
Stir around and simmer for another 2 minutes
Drain the mushed cranberries from the liquid, discard cranberries, keep the liquid in the pan
Add the remaining sauce ingredients to the liquid while whisking
Allow to rest for 20 minutes

Start by draining the chickpeas from the liquid in the can
Combine the chickpeas, vegan mayonnaise, and salt in your food processor
Blend until combined (will be a little bit chunky)
Toast all the bread slices and divide the chickpea mixture evenly between 4 slices of toasted bread
