Water | 1tbsp |
Egg | 1 |
Salt and pepper | to taste |
Bread crumbs | 1/2cup |
Parsley | to taste |
Olive oil | 1tbsp |
Dipping Sauce
Okonomi Sauce | 2tbsp |

Whole grain mustard | 1tbsp |

Instructions
- Peel off the shrimp shell and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Take ① and coat in the mixture of flour, water and egg
- Take ② and coat with bread crumbs
- Place ③ on the oven tray, sprinkle with parsley (optional) and olive oil
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7 minutes
