A simple recipe, the chicken is baked in the oven with no need to marinate ahead. The spices in this sauce are just so savory and appetizing!

 

Ingredients

Potatoes 5oz
Carrots 2oz
Broccoli 1oz
Cherry tomatoes 5
Chicken breast(about 1 breast, 1 inch thick) 10oz
Okonomi Sauce(to season chicken) 2tbsp
Okonomi Sauce 2tbsp
Water 1tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

* Cut vegetables into cubes about 1 inch thick

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables about 1 inch thick and spread in an oven-proof skillet.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the chicken and pierce with fork (about 20 times).
  3. Coat the chicken ② with 2tbsp of Okonomi Sauce
  4. Place the chicken on the skillet ① and sprinkle the 2tbsp of Okonomi Sauce mixed with 1tbsp of water over the chicken and vegetables.
  5.  Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
