Okonomi Sauce(to season chicken) | 2tbsp |
Okonomi Sauce | 2tbsp |
Water | 1tbsp |
Salt and pepper | to taste |

What is OKONOMI SAUCE?
Okonomi Sauce is the signature sauce of Otafuku, the top sauce maker in Japan.
Okonomi Sauce has been refined over the years to be the most perfectly suited sauce for traditional Japanese Okonomiyaki.
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables about 1 inch thick and spread in an oven-proof skillet.
- Add salt and pepper to the chicken and pierce with fork (about 20 times).
- Coat the chicken ② with 2tbsp of Okonomi Sauce
- Place the chicken on the skillet ① and sprinkle the 2tbsp of Okonomi Sauce mixed with 1tbsp of water over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
