Nothing is more delicious than lemon butter sauce especially paired with oven baked chicken recipes! It’s simple and full of earthy flavors. Buttery lemon with a pinch of salt and herbs is so delectable. This chicken dish is one of my family’s favorite dinners of all time.

Oven baked chicken breast recipes are my favorite main meal because they’re pretty healthy. Chicken breast is one of the most embracive meats in the United States due to the fact it’s a particularly healthy part of the bird.

Furthermore, lemon butter sauce is very simple to make. You only need a few common American ingredients. All you need is 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1 tbsp heavy cream, and 1 clove garlic (peeled and minced). Also 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lime juice, and 1 tsp onion powder.

Other flavors I like to add to the sauce include 1 tsp sea salt and 1 tsp dried chives. Similarly oven baked chicken breast recipes are just as easy to make. All you require is 4 medium chicken breasts (4-5 oz each), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sea salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper.

This savory dish is so delicious with the creamy sauce.

Directions for the lemon butter sauce are as follows: In a medium sauce pan start melting the butter with the garlic. Bring it to a light simmer on low/medium heat and add the cream, lemon juice, and lime juice. Whisk in the seasonings and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Oven baked chicken breast recipes can be cooked in 20 minutes with a medium sized breast. Medium sized chicken breast should be no larger than 4 or 5 ounces. Any larger will need a longer cooking time. For this particular recipe you need to preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

Then line your large baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle the olive oil on top. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top of the chicken breasts and bake for 18-20 minutes!
