Okonomi Sauce has been refined over the years to be the most perfectly suited sauce for traditional Japanese Okonomiyaki.
Instructions
- Mix together the Okonomi Sauce, balsamic vinegar and water.
- Place pork chops and spinach in a deep oven tray.
- Pour the sauce from “1”onto “2” so that it covers everything.
- Turn the pork chops to make sure they are well coated in sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Put everything on a plate to serve and you are done! Pour the cooking sauces generously over the meat.
