Instructions
- Fry the ginger with the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add the red bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli and shrimp and continue cooking.
- When all the ingredients are cooked, add the yakisoba noodles and fry a little longer.
- When everything is cooked add the Okonomi Sauce.
- Thoroughly stir in the frying pan, and you’re done!
