An easy ravioli recipe for when you are short on time. The ground beef sauce can quickly be put together using authentically flavored Okonomi Sauce.
Ingredients
Ravioli (frozen) | 6oz |

Onion (diced very fine) | 1oz |
Ground beef | 1.5oz |
Garlic (diced very fine) . | 1tsp |
Olive oil | 1tsp |
Salt and pepper | to taste |
Parsley | to taste |
Cheese | to taste |
What is OKONOMI SAUCE?
Okonomi Sauce is the signature sauce of Otafuku, the top sauce maker in Japan.
Okonomi Sauce has been refined over the years to be the most perfectly suited sauce for traditional Japanese Okonomiyaki.

- Thaw the frozen ravioli. (Usually 5 mins in boiling water.)
- Put oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic (medium heat).
- Add the onions and continue frying.
- When the onions are transparent, add the ground beef, salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat and pour some Okonomi Sauce into the pan and mix.
- Drain the ravioli in a colander and add a little olive oil.
- Put the sauce from (5) over the ravioli (6) and serve!
(Garnish with cheese or parsley if you like.)
