Salt and pepper | to taste |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Okonomi Sauce | 2 tbsp |

- Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the scallops.
- Add oil to a frying pan and turn the scallops to cook them through.
- When cooked, add the butter.
- Fry a short time in butter and then remove from the pan.。
- Put the Okonomi Sauce and white wine into the frying pan without cleaning it.
- Heat gently until the alcohol evaporates.
- Drizzle the sauce over the scallops and garnish with parsley (optional).
