A great recipe for those who want a quick, easy and authentic way to make scallops.
Just add butter, Okonomi Sauce and white wine for a full-bodied flavor.

Ingredients

 

Scallops 6 oz
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter 1 tsp
Okonomi Sauce 2 tbsp
White wine 1tbsp
Parsley to taste

Instructions

      1. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the scallops.
      2. Add oil to a frying pan and turn the scallops to cook them through.
      3. When cooked, add the butter.
      4. Fry a short time in butter and then remove from the pan.。
      5. Put the Okonomi Sauce and white wine into the frying pan without cleaning it.
      6. Heat gently until the alcohol evaporates.
      7. Drizzle the sauce over the scallops and garnish with parsley (optional).
