Ingredients
Broccoli | 3 oz |
---|---|
Mushrooms (sliced) | 1 oz |
Zucchini (sliced) | 2 oz |
Bell Peppers (thickly julienned) | 1 oz |
Baby corn | 2 |
Tofu | 3 oz |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Okonomi Sauce | 3tbsp |
Olive oil | 1tbsp |
Salt and pepper | To taste |
What is OKONOMI SAUCE?
Okonomi Sauce is the signature sauce of Otafuku, the top sauce maker in Japan.
Okonomi Sauce has been refined over the years to be the most perfectly suited sauce for traditional Japanese Okonomiyaki.
Instructions
- Stir garlic and olive oil together in pan on medium heat.
- Add the vegetables.
- When the vegetables in “2” are cooked, add the tofu seasoned with salt and pepper.
- When cooked, turn off the heat and add a dash of Okonomi Sauce.
- Mix well and you’re done!

Notes
Harder vegetables like broccoli can be pre-cooked in the microwave etc., for a more evenly matched texture.
