Vegan lettuce wraps are a quick and easy meal. Using sweet & savory vegan Okonomi Sauce, you can easily add great flavor to your vegan meals.

1. 1. 1. Put the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry lightly.
         
      2. Add the onions, shiitake mushrooms, bell peppers and continue to fry.
         
      3. When everything is cooked through, add the quinoa and Okonomi Sauce and fry briefly (about 15 seconds).
         
      4. Wrap(3)in the lettuce leaves and enjoy!

      • Quinoa … 3tbsp
      • * Soak in 1L of hot water for 10 minutes.
      • Onion (diced very fine) … 4oz
      • Shiitake mushroom (diced) … 4oz
      • Red bell pepper (diced)…3oz
      • Garlic (diced very fine)… (1tsp)
      • Okonomi Sauce … 3tbsp
      • Olive oil …to taste
      • Lettuce …4-6 leaves
