Fried Tuna Steaks With Korean Spice Sauce

Fried tuna steaks with Korean spice sauce is just the the dish you want when you’re craving a mouth full of flavor! This sauce for fried fish is zesty and delicious. You have to check out this amazing dish and try it out with your friends or family.

You will adore this Korean sauce for fried fish because of the engaging flavor combinations. For example the crushed peppercorns are lovely. Peppercorn is the fruit that comes from the flowering pepper plant. This spice plant is native to South India and used all over the world.

Other ingredients for the sauce include: 1 cup beef broth, 1/4 cup orange juice and
2 tbsp butter. Also 1 tbsp ginger paste,
2 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp red chili pepper. I also use 1 tbsp sesame seeds,
1/2 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp dried gochugaru chili flakes.

You will love the flavor in this sauce for fried fish!

The gochugaru chili flakes are absolutely delicious with these fried tuna steaks. This Korean seasoning is made from seedless sun dried peppers. Gochugaru is also called Korean hot pepper flakes and Korean chili powder. It is absolutely essential in Korean regions!

That is because Gochugaru chili flakes are used in recipes like Gochujang, stews, soups, Kimchi, and the famous cucumber salad. Additionally it’s absolutely delicious in this particular sauce for fried fish. Other ingredients for the fish dish include: 4 boneless and skinless (10 oz) tuna steak fillets.

You will also need 4 cups vegetable oil for frying, 3 large eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, and 1 cup all purpose flour. I also add 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, and 1 tbsp red chili flakes into the dry breading mixture for the fried tuna steaks.

Tuna is a salt water fish related to the Mackerel. They come in a wide variety of sizes for example the Atlantic blue fin can weight up to 684 kg (1,508 lbs)! It’s one of my favorite fish to eat because it’s meaty and tender. Check out this fried tuna steaks with sauce for fried fish recipe below!

Fried Tilapia With Vegetable Spice Sauce

Fried Tilapia With Vegetable Spice Sauce

This recipe for fried tilapia has an amazing dried vegetable sauce. The fried fish is flaky and savory. Additionally it’s very quick and easy to pan fry which is great for family lunch or dinner.

I love this recipe for fried tilapia because this type of fish is so succulent.

It tastes really savory with this vegetable sauce which includes ingredients like vegetable broth, vegetable oil, sour cream, and lemon juice. The seasoning includes dried onion flakes, dried garlic flakes, and salt.

Other seasoning for the vegetable sauce includes dried red pepper flakes, cornstarch, and cumin. Cumin is such a bold and robust flavor with this recipe for fried tilapia. It originated in the Middle East and is now popular around the world.

Ingredients that you will need for this recipe for fried tilapia include 4 skinless boneless (8 oz) tilapia fillets, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 3 large eggs. Also 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, and 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper.

Lemon pepper seasoning is really tasty in sauces eaten with fried fish. It’s made with black peppercorn and granulated lemon zest. They are mashed together which allows the citrus oil to fuse into the pepper. This particular recipe for fried tilapia with vegetable spice sauce only requires approximately 24 minutes to complete and makes 4 servings.

You need to properly bread the fish before anything else. Then heat some oil in a skillet before cooking the fish for about 10 minutes. You can make the sauce at the same time in a separate pan! See the full and thorough recipe and directions below.

Fried Salmon With Tuscan Lemon Sauce

I love this breaded and fried salmon recipe with Tuscan lemon sauce. It’s like a green cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes and it’s packed with flavor. This flaky fish with crunchy deep fried breading will satisfy all your taste buds.

Tuscan lemon cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes is mouthwatering. Sun dried tomatoes have such a uniquely superb flavor. They are made by placing ripe tomatoes in the sun for 4 to 10 days in order to lose most of their water content.

What I love about sun dried tomatoes other than flavor is that they keep a lot of their nutrients. They are rich in lycopene, vitamin C, and other antioxidants. It’s a lovely refreshing flavor with this fried salmon recipe. Other ingredients for the Tuscan lemon cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes includes salsa verde.

Green cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes is spicy and zesty.

This ingredient is green and very spicy! It’s a Mexican condiment made of tomatillo and green chili peppers. Something interesting about salsa verde is that it actually originated all the way back to the Aztec Empire! This fried salmon recipe also uses 6 (8 oz) skinless and boneless salmon fillets and 4 cups vegetable oil for deep frying.

You will also need 3 large eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, and 1 cup all purpose flour. Don’t forget the 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper for the breading! The Tuscan lemon cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes requires the following ingredients: 1 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup salsa verde, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp lemon zest.

Also 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cream, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic flakes, and 1 tbsp dried basil flakes. The sauce ingredients I love the most with this fried salmon recipe include 1/2 tbsp dried oregano, 1/2 tbsp dried red bell peppers, 1/2 tbsp dried green bell peppers, and 1/2 tbsp onion powder.

Most importantly do not forget 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for the best flavor. Furthermore 2 tbsp cornstarch helps thicken and bulk up the fried fish breading.

Butternut Squash Nuggets With Poppy Seed Sauce

Vegan breaded nuggets are seriously the best butternut squash recipe I have ever had. I especially love the combination of flavors like sweet, salty, earthy, and nutty. Recipes with poppy seed dressing are always a favorite of mine as well. Poppy seeds have a unique flavor that creates such a lovely sauce.

This really is the best butternut squash recipe because these nuggets are crunchy on the outside yet tender in the center. Butternut squash is also called butternut pumpkin because it definitely has a similar taste and aroma. It has a sweet, nutty taste and is packed with fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin A.

I also love recipes with poppy seed dressing for good reasons! Poppy seeds are oilseeds and they come from the poppy flower. They are often used in sauces, baked goods, and pastries. Poppy seeds taste nutty yet slightly fruity when chewed or ground up.

Vegan mayonnaise makes a great binder for the breading.

The ingredients you will need for the best butternut squash recipe include: 1 medium to large butternut squash, 4 cups vegetable oil, and 1 cup bread crumbs. Also 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp black pepper. Most importantly use 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise as an egg replacement.

Ingredients for the poppy seed dressing include: 1 cup vegan mayonnaise, 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk, and 1/4 cup sugar. Also 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons poppyseeds, 1/2 tbsp salt, and 2 tsp onion powder.

Recipes with poppy seed dressing like this butternut squash recipe are the best! Other recipes to try with this sweet and salty sauce include salads with avocado. Fried tofu stirfrys are quite tasty with it too. I also love it on bean burgers with tomato and sautéed mushrooms!

These butternut squash nuggets take about 15 minutes to prepare then 20 minutes to cook. They make 5 servings which you can share with loved ones or store in a seal tight container in the refrigerator for another day.
