Beans make the best meat replacement for any vegan taco recipe. They’re healthy, hearty, and filling. Additionally they taste so delicious with vegan sauce recipes like this spicy cream one made with delicious plant based ingredients!

The best vegan sauce recipes have a little spice! Like this one made with vegan mayonnaise and sriracha. Unlike regular mayonnaise, the vegan version does not contain eggs. Vegan mayonnaise is made of nuts and or seeds and their corresponding oils.

Sriracha, on the other hand, is a type of paste or hot sauce made from chilis. It usually contains some other ingredients such as vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt. It’s so delicious with this vegan tacos recipe for which we are using pinto beans.

Pinto is a common bean popular in the United States and Northern Mexico. They are rich in protein, fiber, iron, and other nutrients. Other ingredients for the sauce include soy milk, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and salt.

Vegan sauce recipes are best with a dash of spice!

Furthermore all spicy vegan sauce recipes need to have chili powder and chili flakes! They’re the perfect seasonings for this zesty vegan tacos recipe which uses ingredients such as mini corn tortillas and canned pinto beans. Other ingredients for the tacos include vegetable oil and salt.

A good plant based main course has to have some vegetables as well! That’s why I also include sautéed mushrooms, zuchinis, sprouts, and a dash of cilantro. I make the tacos by sautéing the veggies with the beans before filling up the tortillas.

Vegan spicy cream sauce tastes delicious with a wide variety of dishes too. For example tofu or veggie nuggets, steamed vegetables, and artichokes. I also love to use this sauce when I make thick and hearty soups or even baked potatoes. Basically anything salty, savory, and starchy is going be great with this particular creamy sauce!
