  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce

Instructions

Simply combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve (chilled ranch dressing is the best)

Cut the chicken breast meat into two inch pieces

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl and whisk

In a separate bowl combine buttermilk and egg and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined

Next, dip each chicken piece into the wet mixture then the flour mixture, then back to the wet mixture, then back to the flour one more time

Rest on a baking sheet for 20 minutes

Bring vegetable oil to a medium/high heat in a large frying Pan

Add 6-7 pieces of chicken at a time and fry for 7 minutes

Use a skimmer (preferably) to scoop cooked chicken from hot oil

When all the chicken is thoroughly cooked toss in a mixing bowl with the buffalo sauce to coat the coating

Allow chicken to rest for 15 minutes then serve with chilled Ranch Dressing Sauce!
