Baked breaded chicken is simple and flavorful. I love using croutons to make my own breadcrumbs. All you need is your favorite flavored croutons and a food processor. Examples of good flavor ideas include garlic or Parmesan croutons.

Have you tasted OKONOMI SAUCE yet? It reminds me a little bit of BBQ sauce only better. It’s absolutely mouthwatering on recipes like baked breaded chicken! This savory-sweet sauce uses ingredients like dates and apples to create it’s unique flavor.

Other ingredients that give OKONOMI SAUCE it’s amazing flavor include; tomato, apple, onion, dates, carrot, garlic, shiitake mushroom and a unique selection of spices.

OKONOMI SAUCE is delicious on this chicken dinner recipe!

Baked breaded chicken recipe requires only a few easily accessible ingredients. These items include 3 large eggs, 1/4 cup buttermilk, and 1 tsp lemon. You will also need 1 tbsp Sea salt, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and 3 1/2 cups croutons

Lastly you will also need 2 tbsp vegetable oil to grease the pan. Most importantly, 6 chicken cutlets or about 1 1/2 pounds total. The first thing I like to do is put my croutons in my food processor then grind them into a “flour.”

My favorite type of croutons to use for baked breaded chicken is parmesan but you can use any flavor you prefer. The next step in the recipe directions is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Next combine eggs, lemon juice, and buttermilk in a medium mixing bowl.

Use another two mixing bowls, one for the flour, and one for processed croutons. Carefully dip each slice of chicken in flour, then liquid, then croutons. Get the full recipe and directions below!
