- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1.5 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Directions For The Sauce
Bring the butter and tomato paste to a medium heat in a sauce pan
Once these melt, whisk them thoroughly, then slowly add in the beef broth
Continue to whisk, then reduce heat to medium low
Once it starts to simmer start adding in all the seasoning while continuing to whisk to avoid clumps
Add in the cornstarch and simmer for 5 minutes
Add in the Parmesan last and allow the sauce to rest for 10 minutes

Combine the beef, egg, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice in a large mixing bowl
Use a potato masher or even your hands to mix everything together
In a separate small bowl combine all the seasoning and whisk them
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture into the ground beef and mix them all together
Form 3 medium sized patties with the meat mixture
Heat the oil in a large skillet using medium heat
Fry the patties and onion in the oil for approximately 5 minutes per side
Allow them to rest
